Cistrome Data Browser

Cistrome Data Browser 是一个经过整理并统一处理的数据门户，覆盖人类和小鼠中数万套公共 ChIP-seq、ATAC-seq 和 DNase-seq 数据集 (Mei et al., 2017)(Zheng et al., 2019)。它提供每个数据集的质量指标、peak files、motif analyses 以及用于调控推断的工具。

Cistrome 是使用最广泛的调控基因组学资源之一，并包含面向癌症场景调控 (Mei et al., 2017) 和 chromatin regulators (Wang et al., 2014) 的相关项目。数据门户位于 cistrome.org/db。
